Covered Clearing

"Amsil, please don't leave. I know Haiku and Story did, but you don't have to, come back and Renkai will help your paw." he huffed, his sides heving from the effort of running.

Rink smiled. "Yeah, we will miss them together, alright?" he nuzzled her back, walking slowly beside her. When they were close enough, he called for his sister, and sat back, "just wait here, I will be back." he said gently. Rinka took off for Renkai. "Ren, Amsil broke her ankle and you know herbs. C'mon," he huffed.

Mingan barked, "I can help! I know how!" she grabbed a large brach from the tree and hung until it snapped, then took it to Amsil. "Here, stay still." Mingy broke the stick into four smaller peices and wrapped them with cobweb and maple leaves. "Be careful and rest up." she huffed.

Amsil didn't like being attended to, but let be. She was injured. Amsil nodded in thanks, and limped over to Rinka. 'Rinka, I know. We will miss them together.' she smiled, nodding her head at him.

Mingan looked at Amsil's changing expressions. "What are you doing? Practicing for giving us a one-wolf show?" she teased.

Loki watched silently as this went on. He felt bad for her, but he wasn't a healer- there wasn't anything he could do t help.

Ren looked at the new wolf Mingan, the beta wanted to learn more about her "Hey, we should be friends!" She said wagging her tail.

Rinka moved his gaze around the clearing. allowing them to rest on Amsil, out of instinct, he walked over to her. The male pressed his cranium to her shoulder. "Together, Amsil." he whispered. Then he looked to his Beta. "Ren, go organize a hunt. We are gonna make a big kill and eat well tonight. Go for a moose!" he barked.

"Let's go Amsil. We're going to celebrate our pack. It's been a week since they left, and none of us are dead yet." he smiled, nudged her to her paws and trotted ahead. "C'mon pack! We're going to catch a moose!" he yipped.

Rink grinned, "my only, eh?" he nudged her. "Alright, let's get ready!" he trotted over and began rolling in some fresh grass, "harder for prey to scent us," he explined.

Amsil nodded, rolling vigorously in the terrain. The vixetta's ochre and maroon pelt turned a mottle of dark orange, greenish brown, and black. The vixetta shook the excess off, dirt flying in all directions.

Loki followed suit, finding a patch of mud. His black and white pelt was soon camouflaged in muddy dirt and the scent of herbs and grass. He grinned. "I feel like a walking mud puddle." He turned. "What about you, Renkai? Gonna get dirty?" He teased, still grinninng.

Rinka rose, shaking free loose grass and debris from the earth. He walked to the edge of the clearing, howled to indicate that they were going for a hunt to catch something large, and ran at a steady lope to the Hunting Feilds.

Moongazer sniffed the air. The scent of wolves hung heavily in the air. Shivering she headed towards where the scent was the strongest and sat in the shadows to watch.

Finso crashed into the pack's clear. She held up a rabbits head, and pecked at the wolves in the clearing. "Oops!", she exclaimed, "Sorry, I was hunting..I hope I wasn't bothering anyone!" She turned back, and started to walk back.

Mingan looked at her pack mates, waiting for them to do something, then raced after the wolf, skidding to a halt in front of her. "Wait! You caught that Rabbit in this valley, that's our prey! You have to come see our Alpha now! Follow me!" she barked, then trotted to the Hunting Fields.

( Umm You better change that "Him" to a "Her", Im a lady ;3 )

Finso looked at the strange wolf for a second. She seemed agitated, no matter. She started to replied back, " But I chased it onto..." The she-wolf left, angry. Finso sighed, and trotted following her.

Moongazer watched as the wolves padded off and followed. As she did she sniffed the air and caught the scent of herbs and prey. Wagging her tail she smiled. This would be a good place to stay if she was accepted into the pack.

Rinka smiled, this time not flirty, just gentle. He turned and put his nose to hers, "I think you're beautiful," then he turned, still smiling, and leaped into his shaded nest, out of sight of any on the ground, and definitely out of hearing range unless he yelled. "C'mon up, Amsil!" the male sat on the mossy patch of his bed. 'I can't ask her, it's not logical. I will ask her later, if it stays like this, if it stays magic.' he thought to himself.
